Return & Refund Policy

 

 

Return Validity 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Process
To apply for a return, please write us an email at mulacharm@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, then you should find a local courier to send your parcel. Once completed the above processes please share us the tracking number. We will return you full paying amount when we receive the parcel.

But if it’s the quality issues of your return, you can directly get a refund or we can resend a new parcel for free.

Do not send an item back before communicating with us. You can always contact us for any return question at mulacharm@hotmail.com.

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your product is damaged, defective or incorrect (including Personalized items) please contact our customer care email at mulacharm@hotmail.com for further instructions.

If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item (including Personalized items not made correctly) you will receive a credit or an exchange depending on your request below. Shipping & Handling will be refunded if this is one of the cases with your item(s). Damaged products or products missing parts/items must be reported within 10 days of receipt for this to apply, otherwise product and/or shipping charges may be incurred.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item (s), if completed your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It usually takes 3-7 working days to process.

 

Exceptions

The following items are not returnable: Personalized products or items that have been damaged or abused. Please get in touch with us at jewelrymula@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item (s).
